Most Android apps we provide are hosted in our Innovatise Google Developer account to keep things simple for you. If you want to offer In-App-Purchase for content in your app, we'll need to transfer your app from our account to a Google Developer account you control. This ensures that you get the money and reporting on In-App-Purchases.
The steps you need to take are:
Create a Google Developer account if you don't already have one
Allow Innovatise to access your Google Developer account so that Innovatise can keep your app update
Configure the In-App-Purchase settings on your Google Play Console
