1. Pick a Trigger Type
New Message shows every trigger available for your system: booking reminders, booking and cancellation confirmations, waitlist alerts, activity reminders, and more. The exact list depends on your LMS.

2. Set the Rule
Give your campaign a name and set the timing — for example, one hour before a booked session. Then choose your audience: send to all bookings for all users, or filter using rules such as event type, activity group, or location (depending on your system) to target specific sessions only.

3. Build the Message
From here it's the same message builder as any other campaign, except Merge Fields now pull straight from the booking itself — things like the event name and time. So "Please don't forget your [Event Name] is today at [Booking Time]" personalises itself automatically for every booking.

4. Set the Schedule
Triggers are usually started immediately and left running forever, though you can set an end date if needed. Delete Messages After controls how long the message stays in a member's inbox — handy for time-sensitive reminders, for example deleting it a day later to avoid confusion. The Delivery Summary confirms exactly what you've set up before you activate.

Once activated, every future booking that matches your rule triggers the same message automatically.
