To manage your app we'd prefer to have Admin role in your Apple Developer account -- if you have other apps, App Manager is possible

To manage your app for you in your Apple Developer account we need you to invite us to your App Store Connect account. Instructions on how to do this are in Step 9 here https://www.myfitapp.com/set-apple-developer-account/#paid

Our preference is that you invite us with the role of Admin. This allows us to manage most things on your account without you having to be involved.

If you have other apps in your account, you may prefer to invite us as App Manager -- this allows you to limit our access to your myFitApp app only. But it prevents us from setting privacy settings relating to your app. So if you give us the App Manager role, you need to set the privacy settings for us before we submit your app. To do this:

  1. In App Store connect select the App Privacy tab

  2. Complete the privacy settings

  3. The video below shows you how you should set the privacy settings:

  4. When you get to the final question please answer No and then click Publish:

Please let us know that you've completed this and we'll then be able to manage your app with the App Manager role.

Please note that if your privacy settings change, you'll have to repeat this procedure.
